What Is On The Astral Plane? Astral Realm Explained

The Astral plane is a realm where the sprit goes when it LEAVES the body.

It can leave through astral projection or when one finally dies. To better understand it, many philosophers may refer to it as being either heaven or hell. It is Populated by spirits and other beings which are not in their physical form but exist as energy.

There are different LEVELS in the astral plane.

Each of them is separated from the next by different vibrational frequencies. Think of it this way. Religion has taught us of a heaven and a hell. These are just astral planes with different frequencies in their vibration with hell having a lower frequency than heaven. *******************************************************

Most entities I've seen in astral so far have been other people or animals. I've seen shadow animals; that sounds creepy but they were not. You can sense the energy and intentions of a being on astral so you can know what they're all about easily. With a few exceptions, most people I've encountered just leave me alone and they're just doing their own thing.

Thank you for the video. This does help explain how to attract and gain access to the good and positive entities in the astral realm like spirit guides. I have reached the vibrational stage one time. Of course even reading what it's like to get to that point can only really be understood by experience. It was quite intense for me and was almost no effort to try to leave my body. Matter of fact it was like I was being pulled out with no effort. Yes this gave me a startle and caused me to loose concentration and I fell back to my body and the vibrations were gone. I've tried a few more times to get to that point with no success, but I've already had a small taste and I'm not giving up so easily. I will post more comments in the future and speak of my progress. Thanks again for the video, it has a lot of great information for those of us getting started in astral projection.

I have never come across These Astral Sharks or Demons! My experiences are really based off of my own thought I guess you would explain it like that? Ask & it is given pretty much don't be afraid. Regardless if you know or not you have a higher version of yourself & it is just waiting to help you achieve whatever it is?
