Summary:
1. Use non dominant hand in the morning
2.switch your senses
3. Puzzles/play games which sharpens mind such as chess
4. Switching game (ovk)
5. Practice writing and drawing with both hands
6. Give up technologies (give up using Calculator, reminder, notes etc. n use brain for those)
7. Do something different everyday like change the road you use everyday, change your favourite restaurant, shopping mall etc.
