Arm measurments are one way to track arm progress, but don't measure too often.
It can take 10-15lb body weight increase to see something noticeable on arm girth.
This might mean measuring every 8-12 weeks.
Consider body fat increase, but if we are not seeing arms move at all and you are gaining relatively lean weight this can indicate we need to evalatue our arm training sessions.
