Literally my biggest issues are not going to sleep early to get enough rest … followed by stress….. Grrr!! Dang it, gotta go to bed… its 2:00 am ufff

Widh i could just close my eyes and fall out. Everyone keeps telling me to go to a sleep doctor never have. Had the problem since I was a kid. 37 now. Sleep about 3-5 hours a night on average. Many night where i dont sleep until next day.

Eats
