That was a good way to put it. I just got my first camera people were like “Why not just use your phone?” Well it’s not really professional is it? I learned the basics on my phone. You really have to upgrade if you want to make it a career though.

In my opinion the cinematic mode on the iPhone is disgusting. It looks like someone took the video and put it into after effects, masked out the subject, and put a gaussian blur on the background. Its more distracting

There are things that only a digital camera can do better than the latest and bestest iPhone can't.
I mean seriously, let's face it, you're NEVER going to "outrun" a $65, 000.00 Hasselblad with a $1200.00 iPhone!
