As a musician, i can confirm that your memory will get better bc my memory is better than everyone at my school, since i rely on memory to play songs.

I love music and currently play the guitar, I think I can agree with the music one, plus, it also helps with muscle memory 😊

Have you ever been in a really intense situation but you kinda "get in the zone" and it becomes incredibly relaxing.

Meditation is the 2nd thing we do in my Karate class. Right after bowing to the Sensei.

I need to question if the individual who made this video practices any of these techniques because the title says 5 ways to get smarter but the video only shows 4 ways.

I play violin, marimba, clarinet, and a small amount of piano, and let me tell u something. I studied the brain in 5th grade, and listening to calming music, natural sounds, and classical music can help grow ur brain, make you smarter, and it REALLY helps the prefrontal cortex and auditorial cortex.

I think I’d like to try the first one and the last one🤔 I enjoy trying to teach and explain stuff to people like literature, and I really want to get back into meditation

The main ways I personally raise memory and brain cognition is by are 1. Find a certain number of things to memorize at a time and slowly raise the number of things to memorize at a time. 2. Read very long and thick books. 3. Writing. 4. Observe your surroundings by looking into every single direction: up, down, right, left, forwards, backwards and everywhere. 5. Listen to long audio books, songs, or conversations.

I used to play instruments all the time; music class made up a quarter of my high school curriculum. I’ve long since hung up the instruments, but on the flip side I’ve taken up meditation which has been fantastic

I started playing piano in 4th grade and it has completely changed my life, I got into honors math and ELA in 5th, 6th and 7th grade(current) and placed 99th percentile on a cognitive test and because of this, i am eligible for a scholarship to one of the top private Highschool in my state😅
