After 1 month i managed to lose 5 kilos but only 1% body fat, most of it was liquid i guess. Last week i lost 900g of fat and gained 150 of muscle mass, so i guess from now on it will be stabilize and starting losing body fat. I am skinny fat at 30%, my long goal is to go under 20% I don't know how long it takes and I don't mind as long as eating healthy and working out will be part of my life from now. What i noticed the most is that what changed after a month was my mental, i am more happier now! Lets grind!!!

I’m 47, in my 30’s I employed 2 different mr olympia contestants to help me lose weight, the best I could manage was 15%, it’s like my body refused to go below !!

Im around 22% so.... a couple of years? 6 months ago i was close to 40%. But getting leaner has been getting harder now. Ive been at 22% for almost a month now. My weight drops 1.5kg one day and then bounces back up again the next. Really frustrating.

In Bootcamp when I maxed out the qualification test for sit ups, I couldn’t get a 6 pack. In 2011, I had a 4 pack when I started to run marathons. Now, I’m at big belly 20%. I don’t think these genes want me to see a full 6. I’ll just keep working toward another 4. I’m losing 1-2 lbs a week.

23% Body fat right now, almost 2 months on deficit, I was 28% when I started. I’ll keep the deficit 4 months more and thats it.

I started in march at 270lbs, now at 207lbs. At the rate I’m going i should hit my goal of 195lb by December. Hopefully I’m as lean as I hope to be, otherwise i’ll have to cut down to 180 or so. Frankly, I can’t wait to be in a caloric maintenance again.

Problem i have is after so long my body starts breaking down, my joints and tendons get sore or my lifts become less, to mention just a few things

30% or so. 15% is my goal. 1%/week and thinking in terms of weeks makes it seem not so bad

with one meal a day of keto (zero carbs) plus say 1.5 hours of cardio and 1.5 hours of resistence per week, I think 1%/week is very realistic for me

Under 10% body fat in men but what would the equivalent be for women? In terms of body fat percentage, a healthy range for women is typically considered to be between 21-33%. While 10% body fat is generally considered very low for men, it is exceptionally low and potentially unhealthy for women. Women typically have higher essential body fat requirements for reproductive health and hormonal balance.

18 weeks, but I picked up in the last week even though I upped my protein intake, I've been off for 2 years almost now and out of the gym about the same time, I still have a lot of the muscle mass and some definition, so my BMI says 30, but I know I picked up maybe 3kg muscle, I was at 10-13% bf and 76/77kg bodyweight. . . I now weigh 97kg... Badly conditioned, still have a buncha strength

That’s only if you are trying to maintain muscle. If you are fat, never worked out (so don’t have any extra muscle to lose) you should lose it much quicker as there is no need to pace yourself

Getting from 30% to 12% is easy. Dropping those final few lbs is hard, but these videos focus on 30%-12%
