How long does it take to see fitness results? This is a big question everyone asks before starting their fitness journey. There's numerous factors that go into getting in shape and seeing fitness results. These factors include:
1. Calorie Intake
2. Protein Intake
3. Your Workout Routine
4. CONSISTENCY

However, if you follow a proper workout routine and a nutrition regimen, you will start to see fitness results within 1 to 2 months, but it's not until 3 to 4 months that you will see noticeable fitness results.

It took A LOT of time to get very noticeable results at least for me. My goal is to lose 100lbs and I've been slowly achieving it and lost 90lbs already. It'll be 2 years on April 21st and I'll tell you it's been a journey. Ofc when I do achieve it I'm not gonna stop I'll keep improving slowly getting jacked.

I work out now cuz I needed a new hobby and to get out of the house and I actually enjoy it. I used to go for results only and then I quit. Lets see if I can actually keep it up now the results will be just a bonus for me now.

The protein part was wrong. It’s minimum 0.8 grams of protein per POUND. Not kg. You will get nowhere if you’re doing 0.8 per kg.

It is 1g per pound or 2g per Kg.
