Yatinder ji I used to workout in early morning. And then mostly feel lazy during office hours. But since last month started workout in evening and it's really worked. Thanks for your more tips.

1. Evening workout
2.Keep changing your workout schedule (in 4-6 weeks)
3. Calories surplus (6-8 meal a day)(30-35 protein, 50-55 carbs, 10-15 fats)
4. Recovery ( sleep 8 hours a day, do stretching and massage your body)
5. Do cardio for 20 minutes
6.Not all suppliment are necessary (only take whey protein, creatine, pre workout)
