HOW TO GET 30% GAINS CONSISTENTLY | Peter Lynch Investing Checklist

preview_player
Показать описание
Here are 6 easy-to-follow steps to invest like Peter Lynch! He turned $20M in assets under management into $14 BILLION and averaged a 29.2% return over 13 years for Fidelity's Magellan fund. From 1977 to 1990, he DOUBLED the returns of the S&P500 while most mutual funds can't even match them.

Of course, there's a lot more that goes into picking stocks than just these 6 steps, but it's a great start to covering your bases.

Great video Matthew! Suggestion: Perhaps in your next video about a specific stock, maybe you can go over all of these tips (the insider buying, institutions, p/e, d/e, cash position etc.. ), perhaps you can actually show us where and how you find all this info. Great vid again man! great channel.

I lOVED this video :) a follow up would be great, please and thank you!! I have been studying annual reports and trying to figure out which metrics to use on them. Knowing these are the ones P. Lynch uses is great and for sure I won't limit myself to only these. I agree with a previous comment to use these same metrics in a future stock pick example - that would be a sweet gift. All the best and keep up the great work. I always look forward to your videos. Cheers.

The insider buys are usually all public and hyped, but the sells are sometimes under the rug. I would be cautious of the insider buying, they could be selling too. Thanks for the insights!

I definitely like these types of videos since it helps to invest on your own otherwise you become a copycat or scared to go after individual stocks and thats not my goal. Im currently reading "One Up on Wall street" maybe i'll have the knowledge and read "The Intelligent Investor next".

This is awesome because his checklist succinctly lays out WHY one should look out for things like the P/E, balance sheet, etc!! I think I'm going to start including this rationale whenever I do an overview of a stock! Thank you so much for sharing!
