I was in my 30s and super fit, like athlete serena Williams fit but I had abs and I was doing what he said up a hill and down a hill and bridge several days a week. I am doing it again now, I forgot that is how I did it. Thank you for the reminder

Im 19 and im 5'2 and I'm trying to at least grow to 5'6. I'm not sure if my growth plates have closed or not but I wanted to know if doing 10 reps of these at least 4-5 times a week help me achieve that goal. And is there any other tips you can offer me?

How many times a week? You also beed proper sleep, the body makes hgh while you sleep. Im on week 3, alternating between 2 and three times a week.

Can i still grow, im 18, i had my Xray on my knee, i barely see the lines of the Growth Plates, but they are still there. So do you think i can grow if i focus on basics.
