How many times I running for same quantity of hgh from sprints does I get same amount of hgh from sprints but

I am doing running for 1hrs. Daily does this give me results like sprints as the human growth hormone

this is the routine ima do
wake up at around 4:40 or something, then at 5am something start going to my dads house and do the sprints on my way there, then take a cold plunge, come back home and start a day like a normal person, come back from school then lift weights.
is that good?
