These went on the grill completely frozen... .... 275 degrees for 3 hours. Done. 💯

Once they start to sweat, hit them with your favorite rub... The last 30 mins sauce them with your favorite sauce. When you slice them you can easily peel the membrane from each rib. Enjoy!

Well I tried your recipe and it was great. The only thing different is I'll remove the membrane after the first hour.

Tried your recepie. The only difference I did was I put Djion Mustard and then put my seasoning so it'd have something to stick to. Removing the membrane would of been good at an hour in. You outdid yourself with this recipe. It was very moist and soft almost fall off the bone. It was NOT tough to eat. Again this is a good recipe.
