Interesting recipe. An Italian woman taught me how to make ribs and they are the best. Bath my ribs in mustard. Bake then pour off juice. Season to your taste. I like to uae my rib juice and apple juice to start making my bbq sauce

Bake at 350 for 30 min then sauce and cut back
to 250 for 2 hrs. Fall off bone

You have to throw vinegar on it for cleaning and peel off membrane first

Ooh I just got finished making this! Delicious...but I know my picky parents that I come by and cook for will complain tomorrow saying it's too spicy (idk if they haven't been kidnapped by the flavorless folk. Mom is Southern and dad from the Caribbean) thanks for the receipe.
