I made this recipe today and followed the instructions. The ribs (3 racks) were taken out of the smoker when they hit internal temperature of approximately 200 degrees, approximately 6 hours on the smoker. I got compliments from everyone that tried them delicious ribs. The ribs were moist and not dry. Thank you Malcom!

Dude ain’t kidding about Memphis BBQ! He was at Central BBQ in Memphis, and when I was in Memphis last year to see Graceland. I stopped at Central BBQ and omg everything was amazing.
