So long as you avoid processed foods and sugar you’re on the right path.

I feel so much better since adding fruit and raw unfilterd honey to my diet! Prior to that, I did a year on Ketovore and just kept feeling worse and worse. And yes, to anyone who's going to say, I was eating fatty meats, butter....yada yada yada. I'm exercising again now, I have energy and I feel great. I'm so glad I got off the Dr. Chaffee bandwagon and started watching Dr. Saladino again! Thank you for the video, Jesse! 😊

Traditionally organs were mixed with a bit of muscle meat and made into stews or sausages. Sometimes mixed with a small amount of barleypearls.

Everyone is different. And so Some People have sensitivities to certain foods, This is something everyone should think about when listening to Nutrition Gurus about diets they recommend.

I never had pasteurized milk until I married, and then got fresh milk from my parents when I visited. Butter, buttermilk, and cottage cheese too. I’ve never had gut issues or allergies to anything

Any carbs trigger my insulin to the point that I go into hypoglycemia; so some of us cannot do carbs at all. If/When healing occurs, perhaps the issue will resolve but that's not going to happen for some time.

I am Carnivore, and becoming so much more metabolically healthy. I continue to tweak my way of eating, experimenting with what works best for me.
I don't hate you Paul!

@ 33:00 I'm remembering Dr. Paul Mason talking about the human body producing more vitamin D when we're exposed to a lot of sunlight "to protect us from over exposure". And if you live somewhere where they don't get a lot of sunshine, and you're covered up most of the time, (Eskimos for example) you get all the vitamin D you need from animal meats. 🤔😐

I don't see any mention of Ray Peat. I think Paul is now doing a lot of his stuff.

My grandparents were dairy farmers, in my younger life we had raw milk, but in Canada it is against the law to sell raw milk, so unfortunate. My grandparents would say how bad this new margarine would be found to be they were so right

He wants to have a fatty liver, followed by a fatty pancreas, followed by diabetes type 2. That is when you take the fructose and sugar route. With those big amounts.Caused by the addictive effect of sugar, more addictive than cocain. So the addict will always justify the use for one reason or another.

He never identified "all the problems" a low carb diet causes, and he lives a very unusual life style compared to most people. I have been experimenting with low carb diets for about 6 years. I am a type 2 diabetic and the more carbs I eat the higher my blood sugar goes. If I stay around 100 carbs a day and cut out bread my numbers are much better.

I used to always have hot boiled milk in coffee, but started to notice how it became sweeter. And nice for coffee!
Then I thought about it: anything you heat changes the molecular structure - basic Chemistry at school - water turns to steam etc - so I now buy organic whole milk non homogenised and use that cold in coffee.
I really do notice the difference. I live in central London so I am unaware of any raw milk suppliers near me.

I'm wondering how Saladino couldn't figure out by the taste of it he was actually drinking pasteurized milk in Greece. I live in Romania and I have had access to raw cow's milk / goat's milk all my life. I can tell you you can feel the difference in taste between raw and even gently pasteurized milk (but not otherwise processed, whole, non homogenized, not standardised). Maybe the milk coming from that raw milk dairy farm he is talking about is not really raw ?
