In this video, I am covering the 3 most common mistakes on an animal-based diet…

I believe that an animal-based diet is the most appropriate diet for humans…

Our bodies require many unique nutrients EXCLUSIVELY found in animal foods to truly thrive…

Balancing your micro and macronutrient intake by eating enough carbohydrates, collagenous tissues, and organs is key to optimizing hormonal and metabolic functions…

It's always meat / organs / fruit / honey / raw dairy. This is an ANIMAL-BASED diet, and I believe this is the most optimal diet for humans on the planet...

Thanks for clarifying the need: (1) to balance the branch chain amino acids in meat (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) with the amino acids in collagen (glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline); (2) to get enough carbohydrates (150 grams per day) from raw milk, fruit juice, and fruit; and (3) to eat organs to balance out the micronutrients in meat. Great advice!!

I make bone broth for my dogs, but now they're going to have to share.

Hi Paul. Just found you recently when you sat down with Thomas, whom I have been following for a couple of years. I am paying attention and subscribed. I had been on Keto and it was very succesful but I plateued and really never could quit my desire for fruit. Funny eh ? My body demanded it ! I had enjoyed all kinds of fruit my whole life. Thanks to others like you, I'm already sourcing grass fed beef and organs, making bone broth, even eating chicken feet! (our of the pressre cooker ! ) I have jars of beef tallow frozen for cooking . I ate beef liver a few days ago (cooked ! ) and today I had chicken broth to start the day and am eating 1/2 pound of chicken liver this aft. I might just try a bite raw. I am so happy to hear about honey, I know lots about it's history of use by Egyptians as an antiseptic and health food and I didn't belive the people who said it was not safe to eat. A teaspoon or 2 is healthy for anyone, IMO. Love you man!

Background: I’ve been in above average physical condition for most of my life. Starting with amateur boxing from ages 9 through 17, a lifestyle of consistent exercise has remained a constant. At age 57 1/2 I started a strict carnivore diet. The initial adjustment was felt. I was running/rucking 20-30 miles weekly, as well as doing very high rep body weight and kettlebell workouts. A little over a year into the diet and my body composition has improved significantly. At 5’11” and 200 lbs, I have noticeable abs when relaxed and my endurance is good. However, I started having issues with my heart going into tachycardia and had to take medication to prevent that from happening. I have never been on prescription medication, except for antibiotics a few times in my life, therefore I wondered if there was a correlation between my heart issue and my diet. After 6 weeks of adding carbs back into my diet, mostly in the form of local honey, berries, dairy, and an occasional slice of sourdough bread, my heart issue disappeared. Perhaps this is merely coincidental, time will tell. In the meantime I’ll continue eating a primarily animal based diet.

I have read many books, I listened to many Youtube videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to the hidden herbs by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

Paul, I actually started taking hair, skin & nails, along with grass-fed bone broth protein with plenty of glycine and my sleep and recovery has DRASTICALLY improved. My rock-climbing wounds heal so much faster and I sleep so much better. It's truly important to eat nose to tail and that includes plenty of bone marrow and collagen. I was wondering for the longest time what I was doing wrong and I really appreciate you for speaking about this.

fasting and low carb high protein and fat diet did give me heart palpitations, and totally messed up my thyroid. Adding in some healthy carbs made me feel so much better!!! Yes and the sleep!

Genesis 1:29 - And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Genesis 9:3 - Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.

Im leaning strongly towards a fruit-heavy diet with meat as needed. Since reintroducing fruit back into my diet my health and happiness has skyrocketed!

I always add a splash of vinegar to my bonebroth when I am making it as I heard it will help with extracting the essential amino acids

I totally agree with needing carbs. Every time I stay low/no carb for extended periods of time I get really bad heart palpitations. I think the problem is heavily processed carbohydrates eaten in excess that are hurting people. God bless!

I like seeing your content because you have the studies to back up what you advise us to eat. I need to have someone hold my hand through this crazy land of what is the best diet for humans.

Hey Paul just bought your cook book today on Amazon. Been trying the animal based diet for a month or so now and I’m loving all these amazing ghost poops I’ve been having

thank you paul! i love learning about the human body and what a proper diet looks like. i personally do very well with vegetables, however, i have started to ferment veggies on my own to maximize their nutrition and reduce antinutrients. ive also transitioned towards making tons of my own food and almost not relying at all on prepackaged foods. i make my own bone broth, lamb tallow, cultured dairy, bread, vegetable ferments and ive also eliminated my consumption of seed oils to zero. thanks so much! youre doing gods work!

Ive been carnivore for a few months now. No dairy. I added fruit back in. My sugar cravings and crazy hunger came back bad.
