It takes me forever to get through one of your videos. I have two screen open at the same time and every time you show something I could use I switch to the other screen, open to Amazon, and order it then come back and watch a little more until the next item or idea I need. Thanks so much for being my Woodworking Guru ! !

More great tips, thanks. There an old saying about clamps " You always have too many clamps, until you need them".

Colin, you remind me of myself! I swear I never throw anything away because you never know when you might be able to use some of the parts for something. You have to think on your feet at times. Why buy new if you can make something with things you already have. Thanks so much for all the ideas and tips you show us. I love all of your videos and Im Always happy to see when a notification comes up that you have a new video.

I love your hack series. I always get at least one (usually more) idea that I use on a regular basis. I wish I had opened this earlier in the day before I was struggling to clamp at the middle joint of two boards. And the one for holding a board upright is great. I've had a few wooden clamps hanging on the wall for a long time, more to look like a real woodworker than anything. Now I can use them a lot more. Thanks a million!

great tips Colin. The reason I like your videos is your ideas are simple but effective for us mere mortals. Some of the woodworkers I follow have gotten so complicated and use big expensive machinery that they have lost my interest. Some have even built entire buildings. Keep up the good and simple work.

Another inspiring quick hack! The Spring Clip on the 4" hose clamp was particularly awesome and I also liked the last one using a screw gun on a c-clamp. You are amazing! Keep them coming!

Hi Colin Rockler carries the dust hose clamps with the thumb screw. But great tip on the ones you used. Those little screws are indeed a pain. Keep the videos coming. I love them.

Clever man!
For powering those C clamps I take a worn out hole saw that just fits over the clamp shaft, remove the center drill bit, drill a hole about twice the diameter of the clamp's sliding T handles, sideways straight through the hole saw about half way up, then cut slots from the end of the hole saw to the drilled holes, but just wide enough to fit the T handles. Chuck it in your drill and spin the clamp open or closed with force.

On that bar clamp that you put the little lever on, I was thinking you could use that to give you some more grip to tighten the clamp, it seems like when I'm using those type of clamps I'm always struggling to get enough pressure to tighten the clamp. And the basket that holds the clamps that's a great idea, that way you know were all the clamps are and you can move them all at once to your project. Thanks for the tips Colin.
