I think your original plate carrier kind of works, but a, you gonna tighten those cummerbunds, b, there is a called Qore Performance and they sell paddings for plate carriers and would help with your issue as well.(that or getting an actual military plate carrier, which WILL be much comfortable than your typical weight carriers)

I would not recommend any lung where your knee goes over your toe as this stresses the patella and will case knee pain. Just a heads up if you try these workouts.

30 days of hard focusing Weighted Chin ups and Weighted Dips. (That’s literally a god combo for strength and hitting multiple muscles, since the chin up hits about 90% of the muscles in the upper body and that the dip is the squat of the upper body wouldnt you think that’s a great combo??!)
