How to update MSI motherboard BIOS

Hey guy's R4GE VipeRzZ here, and today I'm going to show you how you can update your BIOS on an MSI motherboard.

In order to do this we will need a USB storage device that can be used to store the BIOS update files. To update the BIOS we will transfer the files to the USB, booting into the BIOS, and then install the new BIOS through M-Flash.

The motherboard used in this video is the MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk Wifi DDR4.

Updating your BIOS can help fix the issues with Intel 13th and 14th gen CPU's. If you have a 13th gen or 14th gen CPU in your motherboard.

Here’s a quick fix that worked for me to enter the bios when I kept getting a black screen. If you’re using a wireless keyboard, simply switch to a wired keyboard and spam the del key when restarting.

Thanks, great help. For days, I've failed because I used an MSI BIOS update on my Corsair Vengeance; only when I realized Corsair has its own unique BIOS updates did I make progress! That said, I still hit a wall with my new 4 x sticks of 16 GB DDR5 7200 RAM sticks (replacing 2 x 16GB DDR5 4800); they simply won't allow the machine to boot even with BIOS updates and changes.
