Hey Sean! 😊 Noob question here. After downloading the BIOS file, I’m not sure which port to plug the USB into for my MAG Z790 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI with 14700k. Should I go with:

Option A:
👉 Plug the USB into a regular USB port, restart the PC, go to BIOS, and click on M-Flash, etc.

Option B:
👉 Plug the USB into the custom BIOS flash port, restart the PC, and follow the steps from there.

Which one should I choose?

Hey, so I have a new pc, with AM5 and 7800X3D .. my boot time is 65 seconds.. and my bios Version is 1.30 so really Late i guess, should i update? Since Ive seen the newer Updates improve the memory training and optimize it, thanks

For me, i have also msi motherboard but the xmp profile can t be activated and I looked for it to activate and is not there. An update to bios will help? I have the version I think of 2022.
