Training has absolutely nothing to do with weight. DIET is for weight, exercise is for your heart, muscles, bones, and cardiovascular health. I really wish companies would stop claiming that working out is for weight loss.

You always say “skeletal muscle”. Serious question - is there any other kind? Isn’t all muscle skeletal? Same with “dietary protein” - is there another way to get protein than ingesting?
