Yes, the benz driver hits the brakes, because of the there are still more than 15 feet of space, from the car to the crosswalk.Benz driver (let's call him "Joe") shouldn't have to hit the brakes that hard, to come to a stop...But i bet you, that Joe took that drastic action, because he saw how relaxed "cam-car" driver was moving....and for insurance fraught porpuses....Joe thought, "If I can surprise cam-car driver and make him rear-end me, I get a nice cheque from his insurance company....the only problem for Joe, "Cam-car" has a cam and was alert and Joe didnt' expect that....Cam-car driver was lucky..But i would take that video to the cops....Make the cops aware of Joe... I'm sure, that wouldn't be the first...or the last time, that Joe tried that....He could be a "Pro" doing that....

I guess in Russia you can pass on a double line. It must be legal over there. Just before cross walk.
