Here in the states your supposed to check your rearview mirror to make sure your not going to get rearended

Although many instructors teach it, there is no requirement to apply the handbrake and neutral after the emergency stop, although you can if you want. In a real life situation there may be secondary emergency that entails moving the vehicle out the way promptly.


The clutch goes just down prior to stopping dead, not necessarily immediately after pressing the brake as this reduces engine braking effect and the objective is stop as quickly as possible. This however is a matter of technique and so isn't marked on the driving test.

I got failed for this because apparently i under even though i slammed on them, and she launched forward. But the car didn’t skid so how haven’t i done that correctly?
