Hello, your videos have helped me a lot with various pains👍. I was wondering if you explain why my knee hurts when doing the ankle joint mobilization, specifically when I am driving my knee forward I feel a tight pain?

I say, not as an expert, but by experience that just squat parallel and remain in that position for few seconds and then slowly go down.. perform it everyday for 5-10 min after the main workouts. That will gradually loosen your legs and thighs and will help you go deeper.

I tore a calf muscle and I’m at the end of the rehab. That ankle mobility exercise is very similar to something my physical therapist did with me just yesterday except in reverse.
She put the strap around the back of my soleus, looped it around herself for leverage, and then held my foot down and leaned back.

Can you do a video on mobility exercises for better squatting with flat feet (or in my case, extreme flat feet, with reconstructive surgery done on right foot resulting in residual plantar fasciitis and slightly uneven hip alignment as a result of my only having reconstructive surgery done on one foot since it was severely pronated)

Hey Aaron, I’m reaching out because I’m super desperate! My problem comes from the fact that no matter what I do, no matter how much stretching, knee flexion is nearly impossible. Even with mobile ankles and decently mobile hips, I am constantly struggling because my knee flexion is so limited. Just sitting back on my heels gives my knees so much pressure, and eventual pain. It comes to the point where I physically need another partner to use all of their body weight to just touch my heel to my butt when I’m on my stomach. Even the couch stretch hasn’t helped. I’ve been such a big fan and I would honestly give the world for some kind of help from you. Even just a comment would help at this point! Always appreciated! Keep up the great work!
