THIS are the BEST Exercises you can do to get smaller breast, reduce your chest size, and lift those boobies! All of the exercises are without equipment so you can easily do them at home!

Do this workout 2-3 times per week to see the BEST results. Combine it with cardio workouts on my channel like these:

I have been following this video a few times a week for about a month with some HIIT workouts in the mix as well! It can be hard to see progress when seeing my body everyday but I do notice a difference in my chest area - more rounded and firm which does give the appearance of a slight reduction :) In the beginning, I had to lower my arms between each workout but it’s gotten easier to keep up with overtime. The elbow lifts are still a killer but worth it lol thanks so much for your help! ❤

I’m so glad I was able to find a video to get them smaller because the only ones I see is how to get them bigger and I think mine are big enough

day 2 done [ i do 10 pushups]

Hi Sally thankyou for this workout. I have been working from home for months now and in between I completely lost the motivation to workout. I was shocked to see my weight yesterday it was 69kgs. The last time I had checked it was 65 kgs. I constantly feel conscious about my breasts. I'll do this workout regularly.

I’m gonna do this workout for 2 weeks along with cardio!!! Measurement - 30 1/2 inches

Day 1: MY SHOULDERS AND ARMS WERE BURNING MY GOSH!!! felt a little burn in my chest

Day 2 was tough couldn't do the pushup
Did for 9 minutes
Had to lower my arms in between
YOU CAN DO IT KASAK 💪
DAY 3 - COMPLETE
DAY 4 - was a bit tough but did it
DAY 5 - Did it after a rest day and felt amazing and kinda easy. Gonna do 1 full and one half times tomorrow ❤❤
DAY 6 - I skipped 1 day and regret it cause it was really hard today but pushed my self . ❤
Day 7 - done
Day 8 - done ✅

Loved this workout! Since removing my breast implants 2 years ago that have really made me sick I have been looking for exercises to improve the look of them naturally. If you could make more videos to help women to improve the lift and cleavage that would very great! Thanks for all your short workouts too! I’m new to your channel and love it!! Sry for my English but I keep updating
Day 1: ✅ it feel very easy my size is 34 goal 28.
Day 2: my shoulders are really painful ✅
Day3: complete I can feel the difference day4: complete ✅
Dey5: I did it ✅ I can feel the difference. The chest size is 33.5. i think that take a lot of time and days. Sorry for my delay message.
Day 6: completed ✅
Day 7: i did it ✅
Day 8: completed ✅
Day 9: i did it ✅
Day10: i did it ✅
Day 11: did it ✅
Day 12: did it ✅ but I can't find any big difference in my chest but my hand are smaller than my previous day.
Day 13: did it ✅ I measured my chest the size is still 33.3 ah~~~~ i want a big difference
Day 14: did it ✅ I feel very boring to do this because I can't find any difference in my chest 😞
Day 15: sorry guys i regret to say that I quit the challenge 😭
This workout is only use for hand 👌 not working for chest.
