"Dont wait on your weight to live the life you want"!
That pulled me right in & she's right, if you can begin to build your confidence while not being where you wanna be just yet, then just imagine when you get there!!

For me it's
1.Exercise ( more is better but also little is better than nothing)
2.Meditate once a day(for me at least 3 min)
3. At the end of the day write what you are thankful for
4. Write down your fears and when they occur and why you think they do
5. Go outside often
6.socialise
7.Only believe the profecies that empower you
8. Do what you are afraid of on a regular basis.

Not sure how to apply these steps to me or if my issue is a perceived obstacle. I just want to be more confident in general. I visualize myself being free of my mind and overthinking so I can be open, friendly, confident and not care what others think. I want to be able to be funny, kind and outspoken to all people I meet. Instead of limiting myself based on how I imagine others perceptions of me. And also not let others comments impact me

When she said..." scale before soul", " looking good before feeling good" that really touched me. It is so sad how we tend to focus on what is expected of us than what we really want.

The line in the beginning “don’t wait on your weight to live the life you want” instantly blew me out of the water, that’s exactly why I haven’t put myself out there and do all the things I dream of. This will be the phrase I tell myself everyday until I stop seeing my weight as a indicator of my worth.

My life would be perfect if....

Step 1 Identify your perceived obstacle

Step 2 Imagine what your life would look like if your perceived obstacle disappeared

Step 3 Address your perceived obstacle

Step 4 Choose to live the life you imagined today
This is priceless, CeCe. Thank you!

Excellent!! Your look is fierce!! I focused on what you were saying, you spoke so eloquently about a topic we don't speak about. I also focused on how confidently you stood in front of a group of total strangers. Thank you for this. This is a message for everyone, not just us plus size woman.

I absolutely love and agree when she said step four is "Choose to live the life you imagine..today" because currently that's what I've been doing to boost my confidence and let me tell you, after a day of imagining myself as a beautiful plus size girl with a colorful personality, my confidence has gone up a lot. And as for the quote I say to myself is "I choose my own worth, no one else can."

Cried with joy for the gifts CeCe has given to herself, those photos were beautiful as the greatest beauty is someone who is unafraid to be and embrace herself wholeheartedly and lovingly. I have a dream destination to visit with my son, so I will imagine that memory. Thank you for this, did yourself proud x

The notion that recognizing and appreciating one's unique strengths contributes to improved self-esteem has inspired me to explore my capabilities and cultivate a more positive self-image.

Saw this video on the side on my screen and was like, "I didn't know Kelly Rowland did a TED talk"

Woo-woo! Go, CeCe! You led the way by example! I especially loved what you said here 8:08 "...We live in a world that values...looking good over feeling good...Embrace health as a practice, not a pants size."
