Been to both Seoul & Tokyo
Loved them both with each having equal merits
But I've been to Seoul 3x now & it's such a wonderful place, & have had nothing but a great experience.
Am heading to Osaka in November from New Zealand & I can't wait!

Love them both & hope you do too!

As a Brit I tended to get along with Koreans more than Japaneses probably they are more Americanised and had some really surprising similar cultural references like the y2k pop and movies and shows. But both people are polite and friendly people.

Love both I’ve been in South Korea 2 times - Japan 1 time . Japan is an incredible country many things to visit and most of all Japanese are warm and smiling people😊🇯🇵

As a Korean, I have a deep appreciation for both countries, their people, and their cultures. Despite a history of challenges and ongoing economic competition, these two nations have grown together, sharing both struggles and joys along the way.

It's amazing to know that the US doest influence Japan. It seems that Japan keep its culture safe.

There is also plenty of non-spicy food in Korea, he didn't scratch the surface of the variety of food in Korea.
Hot dishes: Seolleongtang (설렁탕), Galbitang (갈비탕), Bulgogi (불고기), Galbi (갈비), Doengjang jjigae (된장찌개), Jjajangmyun (짜장면), Japchae (잡채), mandu (만두)...
Chilled dishes (ideal for summer): Kongguksu (콩국수), Pyongyang Naengmyeon (평양냉면), Mul-Naengmyeon (물냉면)...

This guy has zero idea about the _super extensive_ variety of the Korean cuisine.

All correct except the English language spoken more in Japan, it is opposite.
