Now more than ever we all need to take time out of our day to relax and de-stress. That's why I asked my sister Jackelyn to teach us a yoga class today!!

Today Jackelyn is leading a yoga for front splits class. These stretches will help ease you into your front splits over time as we increase the flexibility in your hamstrings, quadriceps, hips and legs overall.

This Yoga for Splits routine features dynamic movements as well as static holds to get you deeper and closer into your splits. Let's get started!!

If anyone needs this information, it took me about 3 months of daily stretching to go from no splits at all to bring able to do in on both sides. I did about 15 min of stretching before going to bed. It feels really great to be able to do it, don't give up, you can do it!

I FREAKING DID A SPLIT OH MY GOODNESS. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH CASSEY AND JACKELYN. It took me 2 months of daily stretching. I am crying, I am so happy.

I would love to see a “sister series” with you and Jackelyn! Things like stretching and yoga like this, cardio (because I know that’s what Jackelyn teaches!), and miscellaneous workouts that you two collab on!

Woke up today at 6am naturally and had a glass of water and read a book. Then decided to do this video because of how good it felt yesterday. I'm on day 2, hoping I can reach the splits with consistent work💪 if you're reading this, hope to see u tomorrow when you do this video🤭😊 you've got this

I just got my full splits! I have been practicing on and off for 10 months, but I only started practicing regularly 4 months ago. It feels so awesome since I've been trying for so long! To anyone else practicing, you can do it!

I wouldve really appreciated one of you ladies doing the modified version to help those not there yet. Really easy for beginners to push themselves past their comfort zone to match the instructor...leading to injury. Nice change of pace seeing a yoga class tho.

ALMOST GOT MY RIGHT SIDE ON MY FIRST TRYYY!!!! Still a little tight on the left but hats a lot of progress(: You and jackeyln should start a yoga and flexibility channel! Focus on full range of motion. I know that many people suffer with muscle aches and pains because they don't have that mobility. Focusing on back, arm/upper back, leg, and hips would be a total life saver. I thank you guys for making a difference in our lives.

I love this video! You ladies are so fun. I began doing this video every day since April 27! I'm almost there...I will be 60 in a few days. I've been doing yoga since 1969, my mother was a yoga teacher, (she was a real trend setter). Love to see more videos from you!

I've been doing this almost every day for a bit over a week and I went from two pillows assist (as recommended in Cassey's bedtime stretching video) down to ONE pillow! And after another week or so, I was down to NO pillows! I don't have a full split yet, and I've never been able to do splits, but I think this is the closest I've ever been. And this routine is a nice thing to do around lunchtime while working from home! It sets a nice relaxing tone for the rest of my day!

This is my first time trying a work out plan! I’m a little overweight, and I’m aiming to lose 20 pounds. Midway through doing this, I felt unsure and wondered if I should give up. But I pushed through, telling myself just to finish the video first. I suddenly started to feel amazing, like there was this light inside me! I wasn’t able to split, but I did better than I thought. Thank you very much!

Been doing this video every night since it’s been released and I can already tell a big difference in my flexibility!! Still can’t do the splits but progress over perfection 👏🙌

I love this video! I’m working on getting my splits at 31 and I have NEVER been flexible. Thank you for being yourself and real and not having perfect splits. It’s so much more encouraging to see people who aren’t perfrct at everything! 💕

A wonderful session of mobility and flexibility.
I really had fun with you two, but I was also able to hit the splits really well.
Of course with one leg better than the other, but on the other hand I almost never felt pain.
