I workout alone, with no music, in the shed in my back yard, in the poorest town in England, whilst looking at the miserable grey sky outside. My mindset has definitely become stronger haha.

I forget to put on music bc I’m recovering from a concussion I just get so eager to start training again u hurry up and get started not even thinking abt the music but then my head starts hurting after so I have to stop for a while

I did that up until recently because I just didn’t have any headphones. I didn’t know about this mental strength stuff but one thing I do know is that when I bought my headphones and listened to music while working out, I became 10x more efficient, both practicing my sport and in working out. It made me wonder why I hadn’t bought headphones before.

I trained without music my whole life.
Whenever i felt bad - it tremendously impacted my performance and i was trash talking myself to wind up some energy. Without music you learn how to be your best friend, when nobody hear or see what you go through in your mind

I've always trained without music 💪. Tbh for me personally music seemed more like a hindrance to me and didn't let me focus.

Music gives you the motivation booster when you want to do stuff such as homework, house chore, exercise and more. But without the music, you will only be left with your self to relie with. So instead of relying to music, your body knows they can do better without even any additional boosters
