Be comfortable in being uncomfortable and you’ll have strength.

'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.' So continue to fight whatever you are struggling right now. You can do it.

I feel like the older I age, the more childish and irrational I become and I always just takes the easy way out where I've been stuck in living. I've failed many times trying to change such as experiencing, doing something new but it's just introduced me more problems. I really appreciate on how you put this presentation as how calming and simple it is buildings step by step the process and you put the obstacles(stressors) as the one that can make a better you. I will learn to embrace my problems and face it as it is. I really want to become a better me

It doesn't matter what you did or where you were...it matters where you are and what you're doing. Get out there! Sing the song in your heart and NEVER let anyone shut you up!

Strength comes from creating comfort where there was once danger.

That’s such a good line

Like Hans Selye's GAS Model

1. Alarm Phase
2. Resistance Phase (Adaptation occurs)
3. Exhaustion

In Strength and Conditioning, in order to not fall into phase 3 (Exhaustion), we have things like periodization... Recovery days... Else burnout...

Similarly to the mind! We can push the threshold, but remember to rest. Regression is part of progression! Self-care is Self-love!!

This is exactly what I needed to hear in life right now. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to open my mind and think of building strength in a new one. Now I’m not so afraid to stress myself because I know I can get stronger.

Do not pray for an easy life, but for the strength to endure a difficult one.

I was a bit skeptical when you said you'd explain mental strength in a different way. I can now say, I am amazed by how you explained it. Beautiful really.

Mental Strength is so important, it should be exercised as much as our bodies

This might be my favorite video of yours thus far. It is more of a reflection of your own knowledge over than what you may have remodeled by a book youve read. I mean of course it is from something youve learned but definitely had more of a sense of you as the creator of the video. You mention the Doestoyasofghwoeugh book but thats pretty much all. Really, job well done.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my YouTube channel 2 months ago about self development and now I have 139 subs and almost 75 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.
