This morning I had a smoothie with mango, mixed berries and psyllium fiber powder and took massive cascading rocket schitts just now so yeah, I think too much fiber is a thing.

Recently ate 7 Cans of Corn. Stomach was in pain. Seems pretty easy to me.

We need to eat less carbohydrate not all fibre is good for u if it bloates the stomach or makes u feel rough dont eat it be savvy protect yourselves

A live in France with family and need to cut down on horse meat, too high in fibre.
But i think a horse steak or burger is the best cut of meat.

I've been on a new lifestyle change and after calculating for a week or so (just to get an average) I average in at about 40g to 50g a day and that number was a bit scary to be honest but I'm glad to know this is a ok amount

i eat a lot of fiber technically everyday my weight is 83 become 85 in 1 day so i stop for 1 week i guess i dont eat rice
i eat pineaple breakfast skip 1 afternoon and 1 evening everyday no rice thats why i gain weight to much i did not know about that
and what about apple i think i go to apple i update you guys in 15 days

Wrong....25 to 30 grams max. 50 grams will cause issues.
