Calvinism Objections - Does Regeneration Precedes Faith?

In this video I give 5 Biblical arguments in favour for the Calvinist view that says Regeneration or to use another term "To Be Born Again" precedes faith. Faith i.e. saving faith, the kind that humbly embraces Christ in submission and trust is in fact the gift of God and the work of the Holy Spirit.
