Look up recipe for panda express super greens. This is hands down the best way to eat kale. It's tastes soooo good. I have eaten a huge Kroger bag of fresh kale a whole cabbage and a huge bag of brocolli this week thanks to this recipe. It's low in calories the only thing that is caloric is the 2 table spoons of olive oil. But I made a huge batch in a big boiling pot, you know like the kind u use to make spaghetti noodles in. Overall I made 3 large batches that lasted me 7 days eating a huge portion twice per day with a grand total of 6 table spoons of olive oil, which is great. Super low calories super great taste. I did ground beef or chicken breast with a portion of white rice for each meal as well. Most of the recipes use a small pan for cooking I use a big pot. Otherwise u will need to make more batches and hence mote oil. So just double the vegetables u really don't need much oil the oil is just to Cooke ur garlic.

What about the serious problems withour leafy greens being contaminated with E-Coli, lysteria, etc? We now cook it to kill those contaminants. But We would prefer our salads with raw greens.
