Do you ever wonder why your heart races and you can’t think clearly when you’re afraid? It’s all part of your body’s normal fear response, or fight or flight response. Read more:

We all get afraid sometimes, whether it’s that horror movie or that big presentation at work. When you get scared, your body will probably respond in a familiar way: heart racing, clammy skin, racing thoughts. These are evolutionarily-developed reflexes, and they actually help you escape a threat.

Fear is different from anxiety, though. Anxiety is when your fear response gets triggered when it doesn’t need to. If you feel anxious a lot, it’s a good idea to talk with your doctor about it.

Strangely. I find that many embrase their fears deep within and enjoy the thoughts in dreamscape, often they bring it first in the fall to sleep.

I want someone to talk to me please talk to me I'm dealing with the most severe form of anxiety of health I'm having fear of nausea, sleeplessness, even pooping and peeing I'm not able to sit quietly because of my racing thoughts I know it's all due to anxiety but I'm having fear that the thought will present forever and I will never be able to overcome it please help me

This is very true but you train your brain to not activate when things are not fierce but you have to face those fears and train your brain that these are not real fears for example like public speaking or dancing or asking a girl out
