Baked Salmon is juicy and flaky with flavorful garlic, dijon, lemon glaze. We used the same marinade on our Broiled Lobster Tails. Find out why this is one of the most popular baked salmon recipes!

BAKED SALMON INGREDIENTS:
►1½ lbs salmon fillets (this was wild sockeye)
►2 Tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
►2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, pressed
►½ Tbsp Dijon mustard (we used Grey Poupon)
►½ tsp salt
►⅛ tsp ground black pepper
►⅛ cup mild olive oil (not extra virgin)
►2 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
►Lemon slices (for effect :)

Me and my son tried it for dinner tonight with some sautéed garlic green beans on the side. It came out really amazing. After baking for 15 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit I broiled it for another 5 minutes. Super tasty and super easy too 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Oh my goodness ❤! I recently made this and we so loved it! The second time…. I made this recipe, I had a large piece of still kind frozen…. salmon, patted it dry, but it was still kinda frozen in the center…. and I was in a hurry….. I kinda decided to add panko crumbs as I also added a little extra fresh lemon and mustard due the portion size I had 😬. The panko crumbs mixed in, made the most wonderful and flavorful browned crust ( again in had a used a rather large frozen piece of salmon this time…. Using fresh lemon juice and slices, I think they too are most needed…. I have used dried parsley and let the marinade sit awhile before basting the filet . We so love this dish. Suggestion: bring fish to room temps for even cooking, squeeze lemon juice on it and let it sit to marinade for 15min or while fish comes to room temps. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Tried with 450F and under broiler. Thanks Natasha for great ideas!
