1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

It's nice to see that someone cooks it exactly how i been cookin it. I've always baked and broiled everything cause i like my food crispy. My wife introduced me to salmon but it had a wet texture the way she prepared it, the kids didn't even like salmon. I told her to let me cook it and I baked and broiled it, with the crispy texture now me and the whole house love salmon.
