As a busy Mom of 4 (plus 1 that practically lives here) I was a slightly nervous that 2 of my girls would ask me why I switched up my salmon recipe or asked, what I forgot, but I just couldn’t NOT try this simple recipe because it looked so delicious!
And I am So happy I did! Not only is this recipe delicious, it is also very simple!

"You could cook it with the skin on, however that is more advanced. And you will have to worry about checking for scales and getting it crispy. So we're not going there this time."

I worked in the salmon supply chain and I would personally always ask for wild or line caught salmon.

Never eat farm raised salmon, higher in microplastics and lower in nutrients. Wild caught alaskan salmon is best.
