I'm at the heaviest i've been at the moment due to some thyroid issues after having a lot of deaths in my family this past year. It sucks. I've been walking every day and trying to make better choices and meditating. I'm hoping this will all help, thank you for sharing your journey :) x

Yep! I was 187 now I balance between 158 to 162 I'm 5'6. I did keto to lose the weight cuz I hate working out lmao. I also did bone broth fasts and loved it the last week before the wedding and I got down to 156 so that may help for extra water weight.

Amazing progress! It's crazy how much impact nutrition has on our bodies! By the way I don't know if you've heard of Ends+Stems (anti-food waste) meal plan subscription and their partnership with Nomiku the digital sous vide meal subscription provider. I think they might be right up your alley, since I remember your cooking video you said you hate to waste food.

Congrats! Consider more barre or weight lifting if you're looking to lose more. Having more muscle burns a lot of calories even if you're at rest. No need to do (as much) cardio if you don't want to. Could help break a plateau and get stronger at the same time

Yes girl! I did intermittent fasting for about a month, and then I went on a vacation and I’m struggling to get back on it! 😭 I was doing 10-6 eating, because I struggle to not eat breakfast, but part of the point of IF is to not eat as many calories, so I may try 12-8 so I’ll only eat two meals every day. And definitely going to try running! Did you use a free app? I need the guidance of someone telling me when to do stuff, but can’t afford to really spend money on it.

Hey travel with the twins here ( that's our YouTube channel) so on our next disney cruise on the magic in feb for marvel day at sea we wanted to get the cast members some kind of small gift and thank you cards. As a crew member of the past any ideas to what the crew would like ... something small and something we can buy bulk in we want to give as many out as we can. And do u know which cast member is in charge of picking the family that gets the magical moment with all the characters we really want that moment!!
