what i did to fix my problem . i went to win 7 control panel > inernet properties (will bring up the iexplorer properties)> advanced and reseted all settings . i also in the heat of trying stuff to solve it i downloaded javascript playground .i restarted the pc and it worked. i hope it does for you too

the problem is with Adobe Flash Player.  Not Youtube.

same things here, when accecing to pinproxy and puting youtube.com and GO that open youtube in this proxy web site but after when trying to watch some videos that said: VIDEO NOT FOUND OR ACCESS DENIED and some fucking letters and symbols

plug your speakers or headphones, then make sure its shown on your volume, turn the volume up to check if the device is working, then reload youtube page and play the video again, good luck
