You’re a legend . Controller stopped working after I tested the head light voltage. This worked. I soldered the blue and red out straight out of the controller to the display.

Same issue! The headlight wire was broke. Caused error E10. I cut the red and blue wire from the display and put them together! I put a wire nut on it and left it! So far it solved the issue!! Thanks for the video!!

my headlight had an issue and then suddenly error10 code. i replaced the julet cable set and motor controller. if this solution you provided does not work, do i need to get another sw900 display?

Which wires you connected together? The wires from the light or from lcd display??

Would buying a new display work? Or only this wire trick? My s866 display isn’t working as far as showing my mileage and my miles per hour but the bike itself is working fine. Found same display for $30 you think a new display should fix my issue?

Wait… so, your riding along, the power fails. So, you remove the 6 screws that hold together the controller encasement, find the red and blue wires, touch them together, screw the encasement back together and take off. And when it happens again 200 feet later…. You repeat that???

Do you need to keep them joined so the code wont pop up anymore?
