Very good as I am recovering from a full knee replacement after 10 weeks and still very swollen and stiff and sore even when I do my physio excercises these massages are good and I will try them. them.

Thank you for these great options. One month post knee replacement surgery. All going great, but was looking for ways to reduce swelling and pain through massage that I can do myself. My therapist massages, I just want to do at home too. Haven’t tried the ball yet, but the dowel and hand suggestions really helped!
