Wow thank you sooo much for this video!!! It really changes the way I view chairs, i always wondered why I could never be comfortable in a chair as an artist, now I understand certain features. I dont know why they make chairs curve in vs outward more often than not. I have sat in quite a decent amount of chairs which will round out the back and it’s painful.

My son in law brought me a chair that seemed super comfy but after several weeks of sititng in it I felt like and electric shock in my legs. I thought it was the chair. It wasn't a painful shock just feels like a buzz. And one day I went to the grocery store and when I came home I had a huge jolt in my hip and leg area. Again it didn't hurt, but I am wondering what nerve is causing this and what yoga poses can I do to correct it? I have stopped using that chair.
