My Panamera has the same sneaky button for the steering wheel heater . I found that out when I read the manual after having it for over a year 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣🤣

The strap handles and plastic fully removable 12V cover at the very bottom of a common spill zone are very very tacky.

Excellent, if you want to use the 12v outlet, you inevitably lose the rubber lining

They have hidden 12v outlets for years. Cayenne passenger floor board where it meets the dash. Great for hiding cables to radar detectors and auxiliary accessories.

I had a 1st gen panamera back in the days. It had a very similar positioned button. I only realized this when i was cleaning the car before selling it. 😢
