Have you ever done the one where the whole screen does a barrel role? It’s; Shift+Cntrl+Alt.

Hold escape, reload and the power button. It puts it into recovery mode and makes it look like you bricked their compute. It’s completely harmless tho because you can just power it off to get it back to normal.

I used to do shutdown -s -t and set the time to roughly just before the class end. My "friend" didn't know what will hit him as he just moved the computer will shutdown countdown window out of the way and pretend like nothing is there. This is in XP era where you can't close that window and it's a huge window with scary error icon on it. And yep, the pc shutdown just before the class end, that dude lose a lot of his work lol. That's what that dude get for messing with me. He don't know it was me too, as I come early to set it up. Worth it. High school time.

One fun thing to do with Chromebooks are Esc+Power+Refresh

press esc + refresh button + power button and it boots you into recovery mode! you can use it prank your friends that your chromebook is corrupted/broken

don’t worry once you press the power button it brings you back to your normal computer and nothing is deleted

Hit the power button+ esc+ reload to send the Chromebook into recovery mode. This can be overrided by holding the power button but most people don’t know that.
