In my opinion I think you should keep this on. Not only would you not be able to switch users at all until you turn it off but also if you accidentally open the wrong game, you have to wait for it to open to leave instead of just pressing b.

Yep! I disabled it on my own Switch as I have only one user profile there, but if I do eventually want to share it, or create a separate profile so I could start with a clean save file for if I were to create a dedicated videogame YouTube channel and want to record longplays for that, I'd have to turn the feature off.

I can see why some people might want to do this but, I share my switch with my house, so that would be bad. But if you don’t share it, yeah, turn it off if you want to!

I wish you could set a custom version of this for specific games or the store... for instance, for Smash, Mario Kart and the Nintendo Store, only my account is used.... everything else, we need multiple accounts...
