It would be impossible. run between 6 and 8 km. and to something else, I don't care at all about the inclination.

as a warm up i do 15 min stair master then 25 mins treadmill (walking not running) then I start the rest of my workout. 🤌🏻

Incline 15 or 20 then at a speed of 3.0 for 20 minutes. After workout each time. Then show me your result. You will thank me later
