Hi Thomas, Love your videos. I had cosmetic surgery 8 weeks ago and developed a bacterial infection called Corynebacterium Bovis ( so rare in humans...my research says cows pass it to other cows....then my mind went down the rabbit hole - did that raw milk or beef liver give it to me pretty scary. Anyway the lab culture came back saying the antibotic Doxycycline will treat it. I am on my 2nd week of them. I am worried about being on it esp with ongoing issues with my gut. I do take Vit K2 30 mcg daily. But I also had a deep face laser that is so slow to heal (skin beyond dry red and uneven)....could this antibotics be culprit in my skins healing process ?

Dr Sam Bailey out of New Zealand just did a video on her channel about anti b. Well worth a watch.

So... this is K1 or is it K2 (mk-7 or other?) or is it both?

Hey Thomas. I could use some advice. I’m 40. I have been on very strong antibiotics several times in my life. Once when 20 after cutting off a finger. Another time from a surgery on my hand. Another time from a large cut on my leg. I wasn’t told and didn’t know to take pro/prebiotics with antibiotics.. For many years now I have diarrhea but not completely runny, just close to diarrhea. I can’t gain any weight no matter what. 165lb 6ft. Recently started having irregular heart beats and heart just acting crazy. When I do exercise my heart beats a lot harder then it previously did. I’m thinking I haven’t been able to synthesize k2 from k1 in the gut due to gut being ruined by antibiotics therefore allowing calcium to affect my circulatory system. My doc doesn’t think antibiotics can do that. The heart doc says there’s nothing wrong with my heart. Any advice regarding restoring my gut health is appreciated. I know pro/prebiotics now and have been taking them for a while. I’m thinking permanent damage from antibiotics. I have just started taking k2 to hopefully help my heart out..

Worst antibiotic I took without properly checking was Ciprofloxacin. I got off lightly with just pain in my left Achilles heel tendon. Many find their tendons rupture, which is crippling.

Hey Thomas, can you give us the 411 on bochasweet? I just heard about this, and I wanted to get your expert opinion.

Great timing as always Thomas.
I am just getting over a MRSA staff infection in my leg. I've been on antibiotics for almost a month. Nasty infection would not respond to normal antibiotics. I've been taking a probiotic in between the antibiotics. Hope its over soon!

Antibiotics are obviously needed in many cases, but my son recently experienced a bad case of c diff as a result of stripped good bacteria while on antibiotics. We didn’t make the connection and it went on for a while and he lost quite a bit of weight and dealt with extreme stomach issues and diarrhea. Tests revealed the c diff and it is now resolved, but it was a scary time when we didn’t know what was going on. Meds to fix one issue often cause others. Thanks for this video.

I love your work but I think this one treads into dangerous territory. I almost died earlier this year after the hospital was reluctant to give me antibiotics after contracting Strep A/cellulitis by snorkelling in Great Barrier Reef. Was in hospital for 1.5 weeks, very sick, on antibiotics IV drip, abscess removed, CRP levels off the charts. Too often docs and hospitals are reluctant to dispense but too often the risk of not dispensing is greater than the risk of dispensing. This is another thing the govt and media are responsible for. Always talking down antibiotics. Anyway, thank god for antibiotics!

What kind of vitamin K! K1 or K2 and it’s subsets?

I do probiotics along with antibiotics at the same time when I must, airborne w/ oj or green tea & aloe vera juice, greek yogurt with cinnamon & honey, et cetera... with chicken noodle soup, zink, D3, echinacea...

Thanks! Literally just finished a cycle of antibiotics and I'm picking up some Vitamin K to help restore my balance. 🇺🇲😃👍🏻

I'm pretty sure the studies you linked we're speaking about vitamin K1, and not K2.

Thx for stepping outside of your comfort zone with this video. There's many people that have been severely damaged by antib like myself and finally there's some lawsuits about it's use, especially prophylactically for minimal good reasoning, if any. Allopathic medicine for chr dises needs to be overhauled in many countries.

Hey Thomas, please consider uploading your videos to Odysee as well. Youtube's hell-bent on destroying itself with this anti-ad-blocker bullshit, and started blocking videos on one of my current PCs. I can't watch any of your videos anymore on my main PC, and who knows how long before they block the PC I'm currently typing this with.

This is ironic. Cubbyemu had a video on the dangers of antibiotics. The antibiotics were causing diarrhea in one patient.
