I’m taking probiotics and eating yogurt, kimchi, pickles, etc. to get my gut bacteria back up. It helped a TON for my stomach issues!
I however am having a sever neurological reaction to them.

Started antibiotics today for the 5th time this year alone and oh god I feel awful, nauseous, stomach hurts, diarrhoea…the whole lot only a few hours after starting antibiotics. I’m going to crawl into bed and feel sorry for myself, have to deal with this for the next 5 days and I only get temporary relief from the probiotics I’m taking

Im taking sulfamethoxazole for my abscess. The infected area doesnt hurt anymore, but i feel tired as shit....speaking of shit, diarrhea is happening too.

Ok so before I took antibiotics I actually threw up twice from cough. So after that it was hard for me to eat anything. Later on, i take antibiotics, a night passed and my stomach still feels funny. I thought it was still from throwing up and eating way less a day before, but now I know otherwise

Thank u! The answer ive been looking for. I even went to a urologist to ask why im "feeling worst" after taking the antibiotics (ciprofloxacin for UTI) and he cant even explain why! 🤦‍♀️ so now i know. 👍

because noone will talk about it properly.. if you are vomiting when taking antibiotics, ask your doctor to prescribe you for antiemetics to take with antibiotics make sure they give you a good one that you can take for a couple days longer than the course of antibiotics you have been prescribed

to drink antibiotics without throwing up. You need something that reduces the taste and avoid throwing up.

Why wouldn't in our good bacteria jill off the pathogens, ? Could we not just take the prebiotic and pickles instead of the antibiotics to help with the pathogens?
