I found this video very enlightening AND so close to my own heart. I was raised Trinitarian Pentecostalism most of my early life. Around the age of 10/11 my Parents joined a “Oneness Pentecostal “ church in rural Summerville, Georgia. This parish was closely allied with the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Atlanta, Georgia headed by ARCHBISHOP Earl Paulk. Bishop David Huskins was our intermediate in Cedartown, Georgia. Oddly enough, I became Roman Catholic in 1995 and remained a Catholic in principle until about a year ago. That large Oneness Cathedral in Atlanta changed its name to Spirit and Truth Sanctuary about 5 years ago and is now the largest “Beloved Community “ congregations in the Southeast. They are closely aligned with All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma of which I am now a member. Small world…..small decisions, different world views. I don’t hate my past…. I include it into my future.

Great presentation, Pastor.I wish that between we, who are Oneness Apostolic, and the trinitarian believers could come to agee on a fundamental formula for someone to be born again.I was water baptized in the trinitarian formula, was baptized in the Spirit, and rebaptized in Jesus name, all within the same week.I can't say that i wasn't a child of God before i was baptized in His name.I do think that, the scriptures teach me that there are dire consequences for not obeying Him, the way He says for us to do something.Lastly, it amazes me that trinitarian pentecostals baptized by the Holy Spirit don't have a clear revelation as to who Jesus is.

been studying this and I have had trinitarian people tell me the same thing you just said...and I now attend a non-denominational church that call's it's self trinitarian but they describe oneness perfectly...do you think it matters, as long as we know Jesus is the only way?

Heresy. We now have a new heretical body created to attack God, replace God with another. Our God is Trinitarian and what is more I knew this when first born again, nothing doubting, even before I began to read the scriptures

How is it that The Father is the only one who knows when Jesus will return... not even Jesus knows when He Himself will return... How is this possible if they are the same person?

I like Pastor Steve. He seems a nice guy. He calls it as he sees it. I just disagree. I think if you read the Biblical texts without preconceived ideas, you clearly understand that the Evangelists are claiming that Jesus was the promised Messiah (Christ ) the Son of God.

The trinity 3 are one is not how God shows himself. Its is how we define God. Not how God presents the Godhead. Look at Gen 1:26-27.. the image of God is both Adam and Eve. How God made man, male and female also presents the order of the Godhead.
Adam 1st, then from out of Adam came Woman.. out of man.
This depicts the relationship God has with the Son. God is 1st, then God produced out of himself the mirror image of himself, the stamp, the die, from whom all creation would be moulded to and he said, " You are my Son, this day I have begotten you." This is the eternal life that was with and in the Father and was manifest to mankind in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. He abides in the Father from everlasting but was kept hidden, even from the Angels. Then before the world was made God brought him forth, presented his heir, firstborn, the beginning, the chief the head the first of all Gods ways from everlating before the Angels were created.

They two are one Spirit. So God made Adam and Woman from one flesh and bone.. they two are man. Just as the Father and the Son are Gods ( Hebrew Elohim plural) one Spirit.
Then Adam called the woman, out of man, Eve for she, is the mother of all living.
So the Word came forth of God, and God named him Son, for from him came forth all creation.
Jesus proclaimed the God head, "The Father and I are One" this is 3
The oneness of the Father and the Son is the Holy Spirit. And he is also himself. So really the trinity would be ascribed to the Holy Spirit. Again John said "Whosever denies the Father and the Son is Antichrist" John did not include the Holy Spirit. Yet acknowledges the unction of the Holy one.. this refers to the anointing poured upon the Priests by the High Priest of our faith Jesus Christ.

Why not believe THAT father is God and Jesus is his son? John 17.3. 1 cor 8.6. One God the father AND one lord Jesus Christ. The "AND" in English demands 2 ... it would have to be "OR" for them to be the same. So oneness does despite to the English language I think.
It must make sense since God is NOT the author of confusion. Oneness is confusing so is trinity. Modalism is dead with Sabellius. The bible IS quick and alive. If the bible says it, I believe it and THAT settles it.

Not sure what those other videos you mentioned cover but needless to say they cannot refute the Words of Christ. I believe yea rather I know He knows His own existence when the Spirit testified saying, "these things said Esaias, when he saw His glory, and spake of Him John 12:41".

From Genesis to the maps from the Seed to Pantocrator. Both Isaiah and Moses weren't meeting Him for the first time on the Mount. For heaven sake they stood before their creator and judge. The Scriptures are clear. He was God manifest in the flesh.

I am apostolic and there's nothing here scholarly to see. The clear rendering of the whole canon submits to us The Father, The Word and the Holy Ghost.

Why do we accept, 'And God said", prior to the Second Law and not all that He'said beyond the Second Law. He also spoke concerning Himself four books prior to Deuteronomy. Genesis 1:26, 3:22, 11:7. No one disputes His words on the right side of Let Us of these verses, only Us. These are His Holy Words, His revelation, not man's.

I know languages change from nations to nation but names do not they TRANSLITERAT but how exactly did the apostle's do Baptism what name did they use? I know they were Hebrew and there's not A "J" later in Hebrew. And scriptures are clear there's only one name you can be saved by in the English version Jesus does that mean the same thing as the Hebrew Yahushua.

There have been many people who have claimed to be Maitreya just as many people have claimed to be the Messiah or prophets from the gods. In hindu religion and in Bahai faith, god also has many avatars that appear from time to time. It is also possible to view the christian father god, Jesus and the holy spirit as avatars of 1 god. In most religions, avatars are sequential (do not appear at the same time so they appear one after the other) rather than multiple avatars appearing at the same time.
